The Advanced Estate Management Masterclass is designed for people who have completed the Beginner/Intermediate Estate Management Masterclass or who have at least one year of experience administering estates. This multi-day course is focused on the more complex parts of estate administration in order to give you a framework for navigating estate disputes.

Note that this is an advanced course and while we will discuss some legal concepts, it is not designed to make you an expert on the law. Instead, the intention is that you leave with a clear sense of when something needs to be escalated to a lawyer, and how to make good decisions on behalf of your charity.

Course structure

Delivered online on-demand, this training is designed to be completed over three weeks to let the presentations and additional materials soak in. You’ll be given lots of take-home materials to put to use in your charity and the opportunity to have all of your questions answered by a Bequest Assist team member at the end of the course. We include many case studies to help bring the material to life, allowing you to apply it to your day-to-day work.
